Privacy

This policy explains how the Jacks Avenue website handles personal information. The short version: it is a static band site with no accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies, and it collects nothing about you on our servers.

Contacting us

The contact form opens an email in your own mail app. If you send it — or call or email us directly — your message, including your name, email address and anything you write, is delivered to and stored in our email account, used only to respond to you, and never shared or used for marketing. You can ask at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted.

Hosting and third parties

The site is served by Cloudflare, whose infrastructure keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and performance. We do not use these logs to identify visitors. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, and the home page embeds a Facebook timeline and a YouTube video — your browser requests those from Google’s, Facebook’s and YouTube’s servers, which have their own privacy policies, as do other sites we link to.

Questions or complaints

For any privacy question, use the contact page. If you feel a concern has not been addressed, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
